Real results Real proof
Michael Padua, Human Performance Coach, uses Vitality to turn your bloodwork into clear, measurable direction—helping you identify what matters most, track progress, and close the gap between where you are today and where you want your health and performance to be.
More than bloodwork: a complete system for health and performance
Three steps One clear direction
STEP 1Get Your Bloodwork Done
Schedule a blood draw at one of 2,000+ locations or with a mobile provider.
STEP 2Receive Your Analysis and Coaching
Get coached through your results using Vitality’s interpretation to identify constraints and prioritize a clear report tailored to you and your goals.
STEP 3Follow Your Plan and Improve
Receive a targeted protocol and coaching designed for your individual physiology. Do the work and feel the difference.
Every cycle builds. When you perform at your best, effort and training go further. Recovery sharpens. Gains compound. Don’t just measure where you are, build a path to your full potential.
My story
I’ve dedicated my career to helping people build stronger, healthier, more resilient bodies. With Vitality, we can go deeper—using bloodwork and performance data to understand what may be limiting your progress, then turning those insights into a focused plan for training, recovery, nutrition, and long-term health. Less guesswork. More clarity. Better results.

Every cycle turns data into direction
Most approaches flag markers one-by-one using a clinical perspective. With Vitality we’ll read your entire physiology as a system to remove your root cause constraints.

Investigate
Comprehensive panels with markers chosen to understand mental and physical performance potential.

Interpret
We read the full physiology to isolate performance constraints. Delivering a narrative analysis with clear priorities.

Intervene
A directed plan across lifestyle, nutrition, and supplementation. Built into a 13-week cycle that removes constraints.
We won’t flag markers we’ll maximize your health and performance

Frequently asked questions
About Vitality
How is Vitality different from my doctor’s bloodwork?
Your doctor uses clinical reference ranges designed to detect disease. If nothing is critically wrong, you’re told you’re “fine.” Vitality uses a performance model that reads your biology as a system to identify what’s actually limiting your energy, focus, recovery, and resilience, even when your doctor says everything looks normal.
How is Vitality different from other bloodwork platforms?
Most platforms either tell you you’re fine or flag individual markers and leave you with a list. No prioritization, no context, no plan. Vitality reads your biology as a system, identifies the constraint that matters most, and delivers a targeted protocol.
What is a “constraint”?
A constraint is the specific physiological bottleneck that’s limiting your performance. Instead of flagging every marker that’s outside a range, Vitality identifies the one system-level issue that, if resolved, would have the greatest impact on how you feel and perform.
What is the Vitality Score?
The Vitality Score is a proprietary metric that takes all of your biomarkers and health factors into account and represents your overall readiness to perform. It’s a single, trackable number that shows progress over time.
Who is Vitality for? Do I need to be an athlete?
No. Performance is personal. Whether you’re an executive, a parent, a coach, a weekend athlete, or someone who just wants more energy and sharper focus, Vitality meets you where you are.
Process & Logistics
How does the blood draw work?
After choosing your plan, you’ll schedule a blood draw at one of 2,000+ lab locations nationwide or arrange a mobile phlebotomy provider. It’s a standard blood draw. Quick and simple.
Where can I get my blood drawn?
Vitality’s lab network covers 2,000+ locations across the United States. You’ll choose a convenient location during the scheduling process. Mobile phlebotomy is also available in many areas.
Is Vitality available outside the US?
Currently, Vitality’s lab network is US-based. We’re actively working on expanding internationally. If you have bloodwork from another country, you may be able to use the Upload plan.
Are there any states where Vitality isn’t available?
Vitality is available in all US states except Hawaii. Due to state regulations, consumers in New York and New Jersey cannot schedule blood draws through our platform, but may be able to use the Upload plan with labs sourced locally.
What if I already have recent bloodwork?
Our Upload plan is designed for exactly this. Bring your recent labs and we’ll run them through the Vitality model to deliver your analysis and performance plan.
Results & Performance Plans
What does my performance plan include?
Your plan includes specific, directed recommendations across four domains: lifestyle and behavior, exercise and training, nutrition, and supplementation. Everything is targeted to the constraints identified in your bloodwork, not generic advice.
How long should I follow my performance plan?
Each plan is designed for a 13-week cycle. After that, we recommend retesting to track your progress, prove improvement, and identify the next constraint to address.
How often should I retest?
We recommend retesting every 13 weeks (quarterly) for optimal tracking. Semi-annual retesting works well too. The key is consistency: each cycle builds on the last.
What are functional areas?
Functional areas are the 13 physiological systems Vitality analyzes: energy production, oxygen delivery, hormone balance, gut health, cognitive function, immune resilience, and more.
